The Planning Board's Rules of Procedure are the guiding rules for how the Planning Board meeting shall be conducted. The Planning Board Chair, appointed by the Village Council, presides over the meeting per the established Rules of Procedure. This Board is a public body, and all meetings are scheduled, advertised, and open to the public. Members of the public are invited to attend regular meetings and speak during Public Comment. Those wishing to speak during Public Comment must sign up in advance of the meeting start time at the Clerk's desk.
